HAPPY CHILDREN has a well-researched play school curriculum that aims at holistic growth of every child through collaborative group work and plays activities. We try to inculcate academic classes as well as extracurricular activities which aim at “learning with fun”.
Our curriculum objectives:
- To enable, enhance and energise childhood by fostering complete development of spirit, body and mind
- To ensure that children become self-aware of their activities and emotional needs
- To ensure holistic development by using creative teaching methods
THE FUN WAY
We have carefully made a routine which includes theme-based activities every month. This is done to teach children in a new and unique way. Our only motive is to make the learning process a fun activity.
All the classes are conducted based on the theme of the respective months, be it a dance class or maths class.
We also hire professionals at regular intervals to train our little children.
At Happy Children, we also teach children in the Montessori Method along with the fun way. This method helps children to enhance the core values required at every step of life. Skills on which we work on are:
- eye-hand coordination
- mental skills
- working in a group
- self-image development
It mostly focuses on the five senses.
HEALTH CHECKUPS AND EXCURSIONS
A parent-teacher meeting is conducted every month by us where parents are handed over the weekly report of their ward. They are then left to evaluate their child’s development on their own. We also encourage parents to participate with us so that the learning process can be a lot more fun and fruitful.
Regular health checkups are organised for the kids where their physical development is scrutinised.
Also, we conduct excursions at Happy Children, where children are taken to recreational centres where they can get to experience a new environment and learn & observe new things.
